/ Project description /
In 1943 in the Polish village of Sochy, Nazi army massacred locals and completely destroyed the entire village. Only a few survived, among them a little girl named Teresa Ferenc – mother of the author of the book entitled „The small Annihilation” on which the script is based.
“A Minor Genocie”, that combines documentary and animation, is a story about three women: the Mother, the Daughter and Grandaughter as well as the war trauma which gets inherited from generation to generation. For the Mother, the War is a harrowing experience, for the Daughter is a painful family story but for the Grandaughter the past that she doesn’t want to let into her life.
